World Star Rain, (26, Real Name: Jung Ji-Hoon) has become the landlord of a commercial building worth fifteen billion won.
It has been reported that Rain bought the commercial building of 1024㎡ constituted of two stories with a basement located on Chung-dam dong, Gang-nam gu, Seoul, three month ago.
The sales price at that time of trading is reported to have been over fifteen billion won, which proves that Rain appears as the man with financial power in real estate in Gang-nam, as corresponding to his fame as world star.
The land Rain bought is evaluated as six hundred and eighty thousand won per 1㎡, while the price of the building per pyung is between fifty thousand and seventy thousand won, which resulted in the expected minimum trading price of fifteen billion won as the actual trading price was a little higher than this.
A person in near real estate agency in cheung-dam dong, gang-nam gu, said "Even though it has only two stories, the building Rain bought has formed higher price because it has the land with the dimension of 10 pyung and has the very nice location,"
He also added, "The building is open to restructuring. In this case, the price will rocket high to several billion won, which forms its investing value." The more interesting fact is that Rain‘s building is located in 20m near JYP Entertainment which is Rain's former agency.
In a few step distance, buildings of JYP's，the guru, Rain's，the student now live together.
People in entertainment industry is saying that the side street of Rain's building would be the new emergent central place of Japanese tourism.
In the first floor of Rain's building, there are a flower shop and Rainy Entertainment which Jeong Ki-Choon，Rain‘s father is now operating.
J. Tune Entertainment, Rain's current agency, is not yet moved to this building. One of Rain's side persons said "We don't have any plan of moving the office yet."
World star Rain is now in energetic activities with his 5th album 'Rainism' which was created in 2 years, while his newly merged Asian album will be produced in the middle of next month.

Rain is preparing to open his own cafe.

Tja, die Besuchspunkte in Seoul erweitern sich also noch um eine Anlaufstelle mehr. Ich bin mal gespannt was Rain auf die Beine stellen will. Dieser Junge kann einfach nicht die Füße stillhalten. Kann man sich freiwillig mit soviel Arbeit überladen. Ts ts ts. Fighting!

Hey, das ist toll, Justice! Ahhhhhh, bist du mir böse, wenn ich sage, dass ich schon fast neidisch bin  ? Natürlich freue ich mich für dich und hoffe, du hast die Chance, Rain zu sehen *hugs*.
Also, dieser Rain macht mich noch ganz schwindelig! Hat dieser Junge auch seine Grenzen oder was? Gibt es etwas, was er nicht tun kann? Ist das überhaupt noch normal? Er scheint wohl nicht genug zu tun zu haben.

wer weiß was Rain in Australien gemacht hatte ... vielleicht saß er irgendwo am Stand und dachte sich so "Comeback ist erledigt, Fashion line ist auch draußen, die neuen Sängern und Sängerinnen sind auch bald fit hhhhhm ... was mache ich denn jetzt Schönes" und siehe da, ihm kam auch schon eine Idee siehe oben

Natürlich bin ich dir nicht böse. Aber ich muss hart dafür arbeiten und hoffe, dass ich mein Vorhaben auch in die Tat umsetzen kann. Drückt mir die Daumen Mädels.

Hey natürlich drücken wir die Daumen *hugs*! Halte uns auf jeden Fall auf dem Laufenden.
Ich hatte auch überlegt, diesen Herbst dorthin zu fliegen, aber da ich jetzt ein anderes privates Projekt habe, werde ich es mir finanziell nicht leisten können. Hoffentlich nächstes Jahr!
@Phoenix: Hahahaha, genau so war es bestimmt! Er dachte sich, was kann ich jetzt als Nächstes tun. Ich würde mich nicht wundern, wenn er noch eine Restaurantkette eröffnet, demnächste selbst Regie führt und dann vielleicht noch einen eigenen Fernseh-Sender hat "JT-Channel".

Geplant ist Weihnachten und Silvester in Korea zu verbringen. Also los soll es gehen am 19. Dezember und zurück so zwischen dem 3-5 Januar. Mal sehen ... Hoffe es klappt auch wirklich.
