Vielleicht ist Rain von ihr so beeindruckt, dass sie hart arbeitet. Also wie gesagt, die Stimme finde ich jetzt nicht außergewöhnlich. Jetzt musste man das Gesamt-Paket sehen: ihr Aussehen, ihr Auftritt, wie sie tanzt.
Ich finde auch nicht, warum die Medien, dieses Mädel und ihr Duett mit Rain als etwas einzigartiges darstellen. Es ist nicht Rains 1. Duett mit jemanden seit seinem Debut. Er hatte im Laufe seiner Karriere regelmäßig Duetts oder Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Künstlern.

On July 14th, G.NA's debut album's title track 'I'll back off so you can live (feat. Yong JunHyung)' was released. As though to confirm the hot interest surrounding G.NA even before her debut, as soon as 'I'll back off so you can live (feat. Yong JunHyung)' was released, it shot to first place on search engines.
G.NA had already gained a lot of interest for her duet song with 'world star' Rain, and she seems to be planning to solidify her break into the industry.
The title track 'I'll back off so you can live (feat. Yong JunHyung)' was composed by Kim DoHoon and written by Wheesung, and it has been praised for having a great melody paired with her charming voice.
The song was finished off with BEAST's Yong JunHyung, who made a featuring in the track and has been accepted as having great rap-making skills.
G.NA's debut album 'Draw G's First Breath' is the most-anticipated female solo act, and as much, the line-up for the production was something else. Kim DoHoon, ShinSaDong Tiger, Jung JiChan, Kang JiWon, and other great staff participated in her album, and the tracks they have created have been receiving praise.
Her music video for 'I'll back off so you can live (feat. Yong JunHyung)', in which she and 'boyfriend-dol' Yoon DooJoon appear like a real couple with romantic scenes, also has been gaining hot attention on the internet after its release. The reaction has been that the emotional acting displayed in the video of G.NA and Yoon DooJoon's love and goodbye, along with her sad voice, made the atmosphere of the song come alive.
In the music video, G.NA's boyish and sexy charms were displayed as well as her dancing skills. The anticipation for her first performance this week has been growing.

Also für mich totales Unverständnis, was an der so toll sein soll, dass Rain sie unterstützen musste. Mich hat ihre Stimme nicht umgehauen, der Song ist auch Mittel und habe mir jetzt den Video-Clip angeguckt, und nun ja, so außergewöhnlich ist sie nicht, sei es das Tanzen oder ihre Ausstrahlung (ich bin die letzte, die über so etwas sprechen sollte, aber eine "Schönheit" ist sie auch nicht, auch wenn das jetzt böse klingt).
Für mich bleibt es ein Rätsel

Ich hab mir den Clip noch nicht mal angeschaut aber was ich jetzt etwas komisch finde ist, wenn man als Debut Song gleich ein Duett nimmt, ist das für die ersten Auftritte schon irgendwie komisch, denn Rain rennt ja jetzt nicht zu jedem Auftritt mit ... d. h. die singt das auf der Bühne immer alleine ... das ist ja dann auch blöd zu mindestens als ersten Song, den man herausbringt.

Sie hat 1. clip zu einem anderen Song gemacht, Phoenix. Tja, war doch klug, den Song mit Rain als Marketing zu benutzen. Ich meine, warum sollte man ansonsten Rain an Bord holen.
