Finally I'm back to LA and I really want to share this 2 day 1 night trip in Korea, it was short, lack of sleep but have lots and lots of fun & memories that I’ll never forget. This is not the first time I see him in person but I was completely killed by him and my heart & soul are left in Korea.
Day 1 – Oct 18, 2008 (Phoenix's note: Day 2 see 19 Oct 2008 - SBS InKiGayo)
It was around 1:30pm when we started our way to the Olympic Park Stadium. Vickie needs to line up cause her ticket has no seating number, so she needs to line up in her section. I kept my finger cross to hope that I can get a ticket in front of the stadium. I went there to check the ticket booth immediately but there was no ticket sold there, so I went back to meet Vickie to see if any fans has an extra ticket. I met my friends while I was looking for Vickie and they both told me there’s no way I can buy a section R ticket anymore, but they still tried their best to look for other sections ticket for me. My friend made a phone call in Korean and after she hang up she told me someone has an extra ticket and she asked my other friend to find that person with me. My friend bought me to a Korean lady and she asked me if I’m cloud, she asked me for the ID to proof myself and told me to line up in section A and she bought me the ticket afterwards. The girl around me doesn’t really know English so I was actually there alone with nobody to talk to. I was so bored waiting there so I decided to take a nap. I slept for about an hour and woke up at around 4:00pm, I walk around and took some picture of the stadium and suddenly the people in line stood up, so I rush back to my space immediately. We were standing for about another half an hour and they started to let us in. I ran in with the other girls and I’m so lucky that I got to sneak into section S, which is the section after R. I got a seat near the control panel area which is right in the middle of the stage and my seat was the first row of that section, although it is pretty far away but it was still a very good seat and I was very satisfy with that cause my ticket was free, I was so glad that I can be able to find a ticket at the end to join that concert. Thanks so much for my friends & the Korean lady’s help.
The concert starts at 7:00pm, even though I didn’t know about the other artist, but I still think they were great and I enjoy it, I can tell Big Bang is very famous in Korea when they came out from the stage, but anyway I still think our Bi is the best, LOL! After Fly to the Sky, Big Bang & Alex, Bi was the last performer of that concert. I tried not to listen to any of his new songs before the concert, so that I can have the memories from Korea whenever I hear those songs again. I scream my head off when he came out, he looked so great, I love his new image so much, cool & sexy. His did so well in this concert, I’m so proud of him, his dance for Rainism makes me crazy, it is so cool, he can dance with anything, this time it’s a cane stick and I’m amazed how he can dance so well with that. He sang Rainism, Love story, Fresh woman, Only you, Running away from the sun, I do & Instead of Goodbye. His new songs are great and I knew his 5th album is going to be a big success after I hear only 4 of his new songs. I was so happy after the concert and totally forgot about how tired I was (only had one hour sleep on the plane and one hour sleep while waiting in line). I met Vickie again and we went to buy his 5th album in Myeong-dong and had BBQ dinner to celebrate his success for tonight. We planned to go to the SBS Inkigayo recording show the next morning so I didn’t actually have much time to wonder around in Seoul, but that is not a problem at all. We finished dinner at mid-night, I went back to the hotel and tune the TV to Mnet and it was showing “Legend of Rain” and it ended with Love Story MV, Vickie had to rush out of the shower to watch that, haha! We didn’t sleep until 2:30am in the morning and I knew that I was smiling when I went to sleep. I love Korea so much, it’s full of Rain everywhere.
