29 August 2009, Saitama Super Arena Japan, Rain’s 2009 Asia tour "Legend of Rainism" raised its curtains. As the white cloth covering the stage dropped, the 2-storey asymmetrical stage showed itself.
Rain installed a 3.6m by 7.2 meter screen on both sides of the stage to show his characteristics as a solo singer. Facing the stage, another vertically stretched screen was installed to the right.
5 cylinders with different heights, was installed to the left of the stage, making an unbalanced and unique stage. While previous stages showed stability with symmetrical stages, Rain used asymmetry to escape from the norm.
One of the biggest characteristics of this concert was that other than a couple of songs, most of the songs had a band playing, making a solemn sound like an orchestra, and the performance too became more fancier than ever. By changing the dances with this existing hit songs, Rain presented something fresh and different to his fans.
During this concert, Rain performed Michael Jackson’s ‘Billy Jean’ which called for a round of applause. By performing the ‘king of pop’, Rain said that “He was the reason I started dancing ”, honoring the deceased.
Keeping up to the Asia Tour title ‘Legend of Rainism’, rain performed 8 songs from his 5th album. Not only did he perform ‘Rainism’ in band music, but he also performed ‘Love is’ ‘My Girl’ and ‘My way’ in a unique manner.
Including the encores, Rain performed 25 songs as well as his Japanese skills to respect his fans.
With 29 August 2009 concert as a start to his 2009 Asia Tour, Rain will be holding 2 concerts in Korea on October 9th and 10th . This concert to be held in Olympic Park Stadium, same place as the last concert, will be looking forward to meeting the domestic fans for the first time in 3 years.

Das Foto, wo Rain diese Adidasjacke trägt und so nachdenklich guckt: einfach wunderschön!!!
Phoenix, ich glaube, dass diese Fotos, wo Rain kurze Haare hat, wirklich einen Tag vorher gemacht und am nächsten Tag zum Verkauf standen - sozusagen als Fotoset. Sie sind nicht Teil des Photoalbums, wo wir Rain im Unterhemd sehen mit etwas längerem Haar.
Die Rehearsal-Fotos gab es anscheinend schon gestern zu kaufen und die Fotos des Konzertes von gestern, gab es schon heute zu kaufen.
Hahahahaha, bis jetzt gibt es 3 Fancams und zwei davon sind vom Song Nan - was für ein Zufall loooool? Aber der 3. Fancam mit diesem Solotanz - wowwww!!! Es scheint gleich nach dem Nan-Song zu sein und Rain tanzt doch glatt mit nacktem Oberkörper - das hat er live noch nie gemacht. ja, er hat sich das Hemd ausgezogen, aber immer gleich wieder etwas drüber an (wie bei MKMF-Awards) oder ist von der Bühne gegangen. Aber hier bleibt er nicht nur auf der Bühne, sondern tanzt auch noch dabei. Ahhhhhh!

Buhuuuu! Ich hoffe, dass das mit seinem Knie wieder in Ordnung sein wird  , der arme!!! Ich bin froh, zu lesen, dass er wieder heil in Korea gelandet ist. Wir haben weder mitgekriegt, als der Korea verlassen hat und jetzt, wie er zurück gekommen ist.
Ich bin hier über 2 Dinge überrascht: die Menge an Fancams, die doch noch gekommen sind, auch wenn sie von der Qualität natürlich nicht die besten sind, aber immerhin etwas und über die Mangel der offiziellen Fotos von Presse/Medien. Es gibt kaum Fotos!! Und ich verstehe das nicht. Es ist immerhin sein 1. Konzert, seine 1. Tour nach über 2 Jahren.
